30-Day Refund Policy
Unused keys and key fobs may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, provided they have not been cut, programmed, altered, or damaged and are returned in their original condition.
No Refunds on Cut or Programmed Keys
Once a key or key fob has been cut or programmed to a vehicle, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. This includes keys or fobs that have been successfully paired or programmed to the customer’s vehicle.
1-Year Programming Warranty
Auto Keys R Us provides a 1-year warranty on our programming service. If a key or fob experiences a programming-related issue within one year of service, we will inspect the key and, when determined to be a programming issue, reprogram it at no additional charge.
The warranty does not cover lost or stolen keys, physical damage, misuse or neglect, water/liquid damage, broken buttons or cases, battery issues, vehicle-related electrical or mechanical problems, or damage caused by another locksmith, dealer, repair facility, or third party.
Lost keys or fobs are not covered by the warranty and will not be replaced free of charge.
